
Senior Rental Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Identify and qualify new rental sales opportunities within a designated geographic area.
• Create and deliver rental proposals that include pricing, logistics, and value-added services.
• Negotiate rental contracts and finalize sales with both new and existing clients.
• Manage and expand the current rental customer base while enhancing revenue and profitability.
• Oversee the delivery, installation, and removal of equipment.
• Collaborate with billing teams to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing.
• Review accounts receivable reports and handle outstanding balances via collection efforts.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives and performance benchmarks.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients through diverse prospecting methods.
• Provide sales support for accounts not managed by Ricoh.
• Work alongside marketplace partners to inform stakeholders and encourage customer referrals.
• Conduct assessments and business analyses to pinpoint operational needs, workflow inefficiencies, and document management issues.
• Suggest solutions that enhance productivity, optimize processes, and reduce expenses.
• Keep precise records of sales activities in the designated CRM/CSR system.
• Analyze competitors’ products, pricing tactics, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Build connections with third-party organizations to create additional rental opportunities.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• One to three years of required sales experience.
• Preferred experience in industry-related sales.
• A valid, unrestricted driver's license is mandatory.
• Strong grasp of sales methodologies, strategies, and processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Proven business acumen and skills in account planning.
• Excellent time management, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
• Regular travel within the assigned region is necessary.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply complex information, data, and instructions.
• Skill in preparing, presenting, and communicating detailed information to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to perform basic equipment-handling tasks and lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
