📋 Description

• Spearhead the advancement of the Enterprise Release Management process.

• Develop standardized governance, release schedules, and best practices throughout Enterprise Systems.

• Oversee intricate cross-functional releases that involve Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project and Delivery Managers, delivery teams, QA teams, and external partners.

• Guide Go/No-Go decision-making processes.

• Manage dependencies, risks, approvals, and implementation planning effectively.

• Ensure transparency for stakeholders regarding release readiness.

• Implement standards, templates, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.

• Strive for continuous enhancement of release maturity, reliability, standardization, and coordination.

• Assist in the adoption of future automation and modern release practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management, or Project Management in complex Enterprise Systems environments.

• Proven experience in coordinating releases across ERP platforms such as D365 F&O, AX, SAP, or similar systems.

• Capability to manage cross-system dependencies without directly overseeing the technical deployment.

• Proficient in working with Jira, Confluence, and structured release governance.

• Ability to align both business and technology stakeholders around shared release objectives.
