This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Transform enterprise and regional directives into district strategies featuring clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and disciplined execution.
• Propel district performance across the immunology rare disease portfolio.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team through recruitment, performance management, and development planning.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance selling effectiveness, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Foster demand generation and care transitions in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
• Establish relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Enhance cross-functional collaborations with Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
• Anticipate market changes utilizing internal and external data to refine strategies and eliminate obstacles.
• Offer field insights that bolster internal strategies and plans.
• Promote accountability, inclusivity, team wellness, and support through periods of change.
• Comply with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Employ approved AI-enabled tools to scale best practices, enhance strategic planning, and elevate team performance.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; MS/MBA/PhD is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct sales management experience is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight and weekend trips.
• Must reside in or be open to relocating to the designated geography.
• Proven experience in defining cross-functional collaboration strategies and influencing outcomes beyond the district.
• Demonstrated ability to coach others, lead change initiatives, build followership, and drive clarity and prioritization.
• Experience in designing coaching methodologies tailored to individual requirements.
• Expertise in creating development pathways, enhancing bench strength, and ensuring succession readiness.
• Proficient in utilizing internal and external data to formulate compliant integrated district plans.
• Experience in establishing best practices for data-driven decision-making and using approved AI-enabled tools while ensuring privacy, data integrity, and policy compliance.
