Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide support for plaintiff personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution under the supervision of an attorney.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Handle an average caseload ranging from 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while adhering to case lifecycle timelines.

• Manage communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatments, and oversee claim activities.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

• Ensure case documentation in Litify is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

• Assist with activities related to cases and provide legal support functions.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as required.

• Track claim status and follow up on any outstanding items.

• Ensure compliance with firm protocols, documentation standards, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proficient in handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Experience working within a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors are required to provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.

• Must have a computer that meets the minimum specifications for Windows 11 or macOS 14.

• Internet connection must provide at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, with latency under 100 ms, and a secure, password-protected network.

• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is necessary.

• A webcam capable of delivering clear video is required.

• Must comply with security requirements including full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock, active endpoint protection, and secure data storage.

• This role is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position.
