New Product Introduction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Lead the introduction of new products and the transfer of technology from the Mikros design center to high-volume manufacturing facilities in Asia.

• Create qualification processes to evaluate the capabilities of manufacturing sites and pinpoint any gaps relative to project-specific requirements.

• Set project timelines, milestones, and measurable objectives to monitor and communicate progress effectively.

• Foster collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations teams in both the U.S. and Asia.

• Oversee production line and supply chain readiness activities to facilitate successful product launches.

• Coordinate and supervise builds throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring that issues are identified and addressed promptly.

• Develop and implement qualification plans to meet project-specific certifications and customer needs.

• Work closely with design engineering and manufacturing teams to address gaps concerning project objectives and milestones.

• Collaborate with operations and global support teams to resolve project challenges and eliminate obstacles to successful execution.

• Provide regular updates on project status and maintain clear communication with project teams, business leadership, and customers.

• Ensure that projects are aligned with the overall business strategy and organizational priorities.

• Assess project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Maintain reliable delivery schedules and manage project timelines to fulfill customer and business commitments.

• Lead without direct authority by utilizing site-level resources and influencing stakeholders across various functions and locations.

• Comply with safety, environmental, and company security policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing operations, program management, engineering, supply chain, or related fields.

• Preferred experience in high-volume technology manufacturing environments.

• Proven experience managing product transfers, manufacturing scale-up, and production readiness activities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional and global teams within a matrixed environment.

• Strong skills in project and program management.

• Ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to influence teams and drive results without direct reporting authority.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, quality systems, and product qualification methodologies.

• Ability to effectively collaborate across cultures and with geographically dispersed teams.

• Proficiency in project management and business reporting tools.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

• Preferred certifications in PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related project management/process improvement fields.

• Experience in supporting technology transfer initiatives between engineering design centers and global manufacturing facilities.

• Background in electronics, thermal management, liquid cooling, semiconductor, or related technology manufacturing industries.

• Experience working with manufacturing facilities in Asia.
