📋 Description

• Spearhead the advancement of the Enterprise Release Management process.

• Develop standardized governance, release calendars, and best practices throughout Enterprise Systems.

• Oversee intricate cross-functional releases in collaboration with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, delivery teams, QA teams, and external partners.

• Facilitate Go/No-Go decision-making processes.

• Manage dependencies, risks, approvals, and implementation planning effectively.

• Ensure stakeholders receive clear insights into release readiness.

• Introduce standards, templates, and documentation within Jira and Confluence.

• Consistently enhance release maturity, reliability, standardization, and coordination.

• Support the adoption of future automation and contemporary release practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management, or Project Management within complex Enterprise Systems environments.

• Proven experience in coordinating releases across ERP platforms like D365 F&O, AX, SAP, or similar systems.

• Knowledge of cross-system dependency management without direct involvement in technical deployment.

• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and structured release governance methodologies.

• Capability to align business and technical stakeholders around shared release objectives.
