πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop new business opportunities and build relationships that drive revenue growth from companies, sponsors, developers, and businesses.

β€’ Generate deal flow directly from clients and prospects while employing a team approach to relationship management.

β€’ Originate, negotiate, structure, price, underwrite, and finalize loans.

β€’ Oversee a complex commercial loan portfolio, ensuring high loan quality and minimizing associated risks.

β€’ Monitor portfolio quality and guarantee adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

β€’ Cultivate and sustain relationships to generate direct deal flow.

β€’ Coordinate team approvals and the closing of new deals to enhance assets and revenues while maximizing profitability (ROE).

β€’ Collaborate with portfolio managers and engage sponsors and borrowers to brainstorm ideas and identify opportunities for relationship expansion.

β€’ Partner with management to devise action plans and meet objectives.

β€’ Track production and revenue and project outcomes for management based on the existing pipeline.

β€’ Assess credit quality through timely collection of financial statements, compliance in client reporting, financial analysis, and implementation of corrective measures.

β€’ Manage the bank's risk exposure to maintain it within acceptable limits.

β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions impacting assigned relationships and borrowers.

β€’ Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

β€’ Complete mandatory compliance training and uphold regulatory compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High School diploma or equivalent is required.

β€’ A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

β€’ Over 10 years of experience in Insurance Banking.

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in commercial lending credit.

β€’ Advanced understanding of commercial lending credit, underwriting, and loan structuring capabilities.

β€’ Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and cash flow analyses.

β€’ Proficient negotiation skills.

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

β€’ Some travel may be necessary.

β€’ Capacity to meet moderate physical demands, such as standing, sitting, walking, driving, or occasionally lifting.

β€’ Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and compliance policies and standards.

β€’ Completion of required compliance training is mandatory.
