Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary strategic liaison.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients.

• Comprehend clients' business goals and provide customized financial solutions.

• Organize and negotiate intricate credit transactions alongside specialized teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or portfolio management within commercial banking or a similar sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Agronomy, or a related discipline.

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, commercial lending, and risk management.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate enduring business relationships and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and a strong focus on client needs.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Familiarity with the agriculture and agri-food sector is a plus.
