This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Evaluate the reimbursement business requirements, identify access obstacles, resource deficiencies, and operational priorities for assigned therapies.
• Create, sustain, and improve reimbursement tools, resources, communications, and operational documents.
• Facilitate reimbursement preparedness for product launches, therapy expansions, program modifications, integrations, and other business ventures.
• Collaborate with patient access, reimbursement, and cross-functional teams to develop workflows, educational content, and operational resources.
• Transform intricate reimbursement, coverage, and payment details into concise, actionable information.
• Oversee reimbursement resources throughout their lifecycle, including development, review, approval, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
• Examine reimbursement operations data and reporting across patient access, prior authorization, payer coverage, and field support activities.
• Lead initiatives for process standardization, automation, and scalability utilizing approved AI-enabled tools and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience OR an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree fulfilling 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, patient access, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, payer/provider operations, or related healthcare roles.
• Experience in developing business resources, operational processes, communications, or educational materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with business productivity, collaboration, reporting, or data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of U.S. reimbursement, coding, coverage, payment methodologies, and payer/provider operations.
• Experience in supporting products or therapies throughout various commercialization phases, including launch, market development, or lifecycle management.
• Proven analytical skills in handling complex data and converting technical information into clear, audience-tailored communications.
• Experience utilizing artificial intelligence-enabled tools, automation technologies, or process improvement methodologies to enhance business outcomes.
• Capacity to fulfill the physical requirements of the role and effectively use a computer while communicating with colleagues.
