This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Evaluate the reimbursement business needs, identify access obstacles, address resource deficiencies, and prioritize operational tasks across designated therapies
• Create, sustain, and improve reimbursement tools, resources, communications, and operational documentation for internal teams, healthcare providers, and patient access programs
• Assist in reimbursement readiness efforts for product launches, therapy expansions, program modifications, integrations, and other business initiatives
• Collaborate with patient access, reimbursement, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop workflows, educational resources, and operational materials that facilitate patient access
• Simplify complex reimbursement, coverage, and payment details into clear, actionable content for both internal and external audiences
• Oversee reimbursement resources throughout their lifecycle, encompassing development, review, approval, implementation, maintenance, and retirement
• Analyze reimbursement operations data and reporting related to patient access, prior authorization, payer coverage, and field support functions to pinpoint enhancement opportunities
• Propel process standardization, automation, and scalability efforts, including the implementation of approved artificial intelligence-enabled tools and technologies
• Engage virtually across functions, therapies, and business units utilizing digital collaboration tools
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience OR an advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience
• For bachelor’s degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, patient access, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, payer/provider operations, or similar healthcare roles
• Experience in developing business resources, operational procedures, communications, or educational content
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, priorities, and relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in utilizing business productivity, collaboration, reporting, or data analysis tools
• Familiarity with U.S. reimbursement, coding, coverage, payment methodologies, and payer/provider operations
• Experience in supporting products or therapies throughout various commercialization phases, including launch, market development, or lifecycle management
• Ability to analyze intricate data and convert technical information into clear, audience-appropriate communications
• Experience in leveraging artificial intelligence-enabled tools, automation technologies, or process improvement methodologies to enhance business outcomes
