This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment operations for the Asia Pacific Region.
• Facilitate the complete spectrum of hiring requirements from entry-level to senior-level positions, including roles from Manager to Director.
• Cultivate a talent pipeline, network, and establish strategic partnerships.
• Offer support and direction to hiring managers.
• Administer the recruitment database.
• Recruit and onboard mid-level positions within the Region.
• Collaborate with Executive Recruiters for filling executive-level roles.
• Manage and support all recruitment facets for the Asia Pacific Region, extending to the onboarding process.
• Design and execute effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes.
• Evaluate job postings and generate candidate profiles.
• Utilize the HR Recruitment process and system for job postings and applicant status updates.
• Engage with applicants and carry out pre-screening and telephone interviews.
• Network with relevant associations.
• Provide insights and assistance to hiring managers and Operations personnel.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Ensure a favorable experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Contribute to achieving talent objectives and strategies for the Asia Pacific Region while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate as part of the Talent Acquisition team and the Asia Pacific Region personnel team.
• Proven experience reporting to Director and VP-level clients.
• Proficient in sourcing, which includes candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development.
• Skilled in database management and spreadsheet software; adept at constructing and generating reports; data input, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience in managing confidential documents and retention protocols.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with diverse audiences, including global teams.
• Strong skills in prioritizing and organizing tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
• Background in start-up environments and contributing to process creation or the rollout of new processes/projects is advantageous.
• Experience in mentoring and training.
• Strong consultative influence to advise and manage diverse key stakeholders, remote hiring managers, and cross-border senior executives.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• May require proficiency in foreign languages to assist global operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
