Senior Regional Operations, Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of regional programs and initiatives within North and Latin American markets

• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, acting as a reliable point of contact

• Analyze regional performance, identify patterns, and suggest strategies for enhancing outcomes

• Develop and refine operational processes that enable regional teams and partners to operate effectively

• Collaborate with global and local teams, including product, marketing, policy, and support, to ensure aligned priorities

• Create concise updates and recommendations for executive leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in regional operations, partnerships, business development, or strategic roles

• Demonstrated experience in managing programs across multiple markets or partner relationships

• Strong analytical abilities and an aptitude for using data to inform decision-making

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives

• Capability to work autonomously and handle various priorities in a dynamic environment

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)

• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or marketplace sectors (preferred)

• Familiarity with working in Latin American or Canadian markets (preferred)
