This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate healthcare professionals and provide data supporting TriSalus devices.

• Meet the regional sales targets, concentrating mainly on key accounts.

• Collaborate with Sales Management, Marketing, Clinical, and other internal team members.

• Foster scalable business growth within each account.

• Explain the science, features, and advantages of pharmaceutical and device products, including Pressure-Enabled Drug Delivery.

• Develop multiple users in each account and nurture product champions.

• Assess the territory to identify opportunities for increasing procedure utilization.

• Construct and execute territory business plans focused on hospitals and physicians.

• Manage and support Distributor Sales Representatives while maintaining an individual regional forecast and quota.

• Create and implement regional forecasts, quotas, and strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

• Stay informed about the industry, healthcare economics, and reimbursement processes.

• Communicate with Interventional Radiologists and relevant stakeholders.

• Attend local or national conferences and exhibitions as assigned.

• Provide case support and adapt to changes in travel schedules.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems.

• Adhere to all TriSalus Life Sciences policies and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. from an accredited University or College.

• A Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of proven successful sales experience.

• At least 6 years of medical device experience, ideally in radiology; capital sales experience is a plus.

• Previous experience with physician preference items in the IR, OR, or Cath Lab.

• Proven track record of opening new accounts and cultivating existing ones.

• Experience in a start-up environment and building operations from the ground up.

• Demonstrated sales achievements, such as meeting goals, receiving a president award, or ranking in the top 10%.

• Proven examples of excellent consultative selling skills.

• Capability to develop collegial relationships with physicians and nurses.

• Outstanding presentation skills.

• Relationships with Interventional Radiologists are desired.

• Ability and confidence to engage with C-Suite executives, department directors, and managers.

• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary; approximately 40–60% of the time.

• Ability to safely and effectively perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

• Capability to meet qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
