Senior Recruiting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of recruitment tasks for SMEs, start-ups, and scale-ups—from analyzing requirements to achieving successful placements.

• Provide guidance to clients on job titles, descriptions, recruitment strategies, channel selection, and market positioning.

• Perform active searches utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI-driven sourcing tools.

• Identify and proactively engage with suitable candidates.

• Conduct screening calls and perform initial interviews in German and English, and ideally in French.

• Oversee candidate communications, including scheduling, relationship management, and process coordination within the ATS.

• Draft job descriptions, devise posting strategies, and manage their operational execution.

• Prepare project documentation, screening forms, candidate reports, and client-related documentation.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients’ hiring managers and recruiters as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.

• University degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field.

• Experience in recruiting for technical, functional, sales, and marketing roles.

• Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end recruiting and the ability to independently handle recruitment assignments.

• Outstanding active-search capabilities and substantial experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Familiarity with AI-based sourcing tools is advantageous.

• Experience with various ATS/recruiting software systems, such as Personio or SuccessFactors.

• Strong technical inclination and willingness to embrace new tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

• High productivity, efficiency, and organizational skills, along with quick comprehension and a solid understanding of processes.

• Confident and consultative communication skills when interacting with clients and hiring managers.

• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.

• Reside and work in Switzerland, holding the necessary residence and work authorization.
