Operational Excellence Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee Client Operations Operational Excellence initiatives aimed at minimizing waste, enhancing efficiency, and refining business processes.

• Cultivate cross-departmental relationships that promote collaboration and alignment.

• Advance processes by utilizing stakeholder feedback, data analysis, and strategic business objectives.

• Provide mentorship on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

• Encourage structured problem-solving, data-informed decision-making, and effective communication.

• Identify and implement layers of process improvement with a clear vision for optimization.

• Conduct presentations and training sessions on process improvement strategies and project updates for all management levels.

• Integrate feedback from customers and frontline agents into problem identification and solution development.

• Ensure that initiatives lead to enhancements in operational efficiency and customer experience outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is essential; Black Belt is a plus.

• Strong skills in data management.

• Proficient in SQL, Looker, and Excel.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously.

• Experience in achieving measurable operational enhancements.

• Capability to convert complex concepts into actionable strategies for varied audiences.

• Strong ability in stakeholder management.

• Skills in motivating teams.

• Ability to adapt and set priorities in line with business strategy.

• Regular utilization of 3 to 5 continuous improvement methodologies or tools.
