This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle

• Partner with hiring managers to facilitate intake meetings

• Aid in crafting job descriptions and offer insights on compensation and market dynamics

• Actively source and recruit both technical and professional talent within the engineering and environmental services sectors across the nation

• Review resumes and perform initial telephone interviews

• Provide comprehensive written summaries for hiring managers

• Organize and schedule interviews for candidates

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders

• Prepare and present job offers, negotiating terms as needed

• Monitor candidate data and progression using the ATS and other relevant tools

• Adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company guidelines

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent follow-up and feedback

• Work collaboratively with the Apex Recruiting Team to meet hiring objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in recruiting Water/Wastewater, Drinking Water, and/or Stormwater Engineers is essential; candidates lacking this experience will not be considered

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting Water/Wastewater Engineers, Drinking Water or Stormwater Engineers, or related technical positions is required

• Experience in transportation recruiting alongside Water is highly preferred

• Demonstrated abilities in candidate sourcing, networking, and outreach

• A well-developed network of A/E/C professionals

• Strong skills in interviewing

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Competence in utilizing software and computer systems

• Capability to take ownership and achieve results

• Flexibility and resilience in fast-paced, changing environments

• Strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and high personal and professional standards
