Senior Recruiter, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit talent across various fields including Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, evaluating, and finalizing candidates

• Attract exceptional talent and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, online databases, social media, employee referrals, and innovative programs

• Monitor recruitment progress and maintain metrics utilizing Greenhouse ATS

• Serve as a brand ambassador and develop and uphold the OpenTable employment brand

• Cultivate positive relationships with employees across different business functions

• Function as a trusted advisor to hiring managers

• Build a pipeline of talent for future opportunities

• Recruit for positions across the USA, Canada, and Mexico

• Collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and address urgent issues across varying time zones

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English

• Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple searches concurrently

• Proven record of serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers

• Capability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency

• Preferred: Experience in high-volume recruitment sprints, particularly in intern or new graduate contexts

• Preferred: Familiarity with hiring in Mexico

• Preferred: A creative and results-driven mindset focused on fostering positive relationships

• Preferred: Flexibility and adaptability in the workplace

• Preferred: Strong communication, interaction, and negotiation skills with various internal clients and external candidates
