Senior Recruiter – Commercial, Pharmaceutical Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present a strong slate of candidates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to determine offer specifics, leveraging market data and compensation guidelines.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm Central time, Monday through Friday.

• Experience in life sciences is highly preferred.
