Senior Recruiter

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for permanent, freelance, and project positions spanning technical, creative, production, product, and operational roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage the hiring process from the initial briefing to the final hire, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and maintaining progress.

• Source and engage top-tier candidates through a variety of channels.

• Evaluate and screen candidates based on role specifications and cultural fit within the organization.

• Guide candidates throughout the hiring journey and ensure they have an exceptional experience.

• Organize interview and assessment processes to support informed hiring decisions.

• Assist in the creation of job offers, negotiations, and onboarding activities.

• Develop and sustain relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines.

• Offer market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders.

• Identify potential risks in the hiring process and proactively address challenges.

• Contribute to recruitment initiatives, enhancing processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director on broader hiring priorities and initiatives.

• Extensive experience in managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the technology, creative, gaming, or entertainment sectors.

• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-quality talent.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to establish credibility and work effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities autonomously.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and adjusting strategies as priorities or requirements change.

• Good judgment with the confidence to make decisions, recognize risks, and proactively propose solutions.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and disciplines.

• Understanding of best practices in recruitment and the UK hiring landscape.

• Experience in recruiting within the gaming, creative technology, VFX, or media and entertainment sectors.

• Familiarity with recruiting both technical and creative talent across various disciplines.

• Experience supporting distributed or international teams.

• Proven ability to enhance recruitment processes, tools, or operational practices.

• Experience in mentoring or assisting less experienced recruiters.

• Background in scaling or evolving organizations.

• Proof of the right to work in the UK is required.
