Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process, starting from the role initiation to the offer call, specifically for the corporate People and Legal departments.

• Serve as a strategic ally to managers and directors.

• Collaborate on candidate profiles and manage expectations regarding timelines.

• Provide insights and consulting on the labor market.

• Create sophisticated sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, market mapping, and headhunting techniques.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent networks effectively.

• Handle a high volume of concurrent openings while ensuring competitive service level agreements (SLAs) are met without compromising the experience for candidates or hiring managers.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment and selection metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify inefficiencies and enhance the selection funnel using data-driven insights.

• Ensure the structured utilization of Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Maintain governance of the system, provide continuous candidate feedback, and keep reports updated.

• Foster an inclusive, equitable, and memorable experience for candidates.

• Act as an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing the complete recruitment process for various seniority levels across commercial and/or corporate functions.

• Practical knowledge of Greenhouse (or a similar ATS like Lever or Workday) and corporate LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Proven ability to make informed decisions based on recruitment and selection metrics, along with strong skills in developing dashboards and tracking reports.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of negotiating clearly, providing constructive feedback, and aligning expectations with senior leadership.
