Senior Associate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accelerate the hiring process for open positions while ensuring a robust candidate pipeline.

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for support roles.

• Utilize platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and internal databases for sourcing.

• Evaluate candidates and perform HR assessments.

• Organize interviews and guarantee smooth collaboration among stakeholders.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Monitor key metrics (TAT, conversions, pipeline health) and keep ATS data up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, whether in an agency or corporate setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in volume or bulk hiring.

• Strong sourcing capabilities across various job portals and LinkedIn.

• Practical experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).

• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities.

• Capacity to achieve hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to engage in a contractual role and deliver results within specified timelines.
