Corporate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruiting process from start to finish.

• Develop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with company leadership.

• Spearhead innovative searches for unique roles.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with senior management in Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and G&A to design and execute effective recruiting strategies.

• Formulate strategic sourcing plans aimed at attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds.

• Monitor and evaluate recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.

• Regularly update business leaders on hiring progress.

• Initiate and execute creative, scalable improvements to recruiting strategies.

• Work closely with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a comprehensive candidate experience and secure top talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the SaaS industry.

• Proven experience in filling positions in Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and assess a diverse candidate pool via LinkedIn, resume evaluations, and other innovative methods.

• Excellent executive communication capabilities.

• Proficient in influencing and advising senior leaders.

• Positive demeanor with a readiness to assist on special projects.

• Strong sense of ownership and initiative.

• Capacity to work both effectively and independently.

• Strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
