Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Identify and engage technical and go-to-market talent using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Reddit, job boards, and professional networks.

• Develop and sustain high-quality candidate pipelines across various requisitions while ensuring a balance of speed, quality, diversity, and inclusion.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, market insights, and recruitment strategies.

• Oversee candidate progress, interview coordination, and documentation within Greenhouse.

• Monitor and assess recruitment metrics to enhance recruiting strategies and processes.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and professional interviews.

• Help enhance Fingerprint’s employer brand by showcasing its culture, values, and career opportunities.

• Offer data-driven market insights and suggestions to hiring managers and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in both technical and go-to-market roles.

• Proven ability to independently manage high-volume requisitions with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated commitment to the quality of hire, including post-hire performance and retention metrics.

• Strong expertise in using Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

• Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology, particularly in engineering and technical role requirements.

• Candidates must possess authorization to work from their home location.

• Experience in an agency setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Preference for candidates with experience in SaaS B2B startup environments.
