Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for client delivery teams, from sourcing to the handoff of interview shortlists.

• Collaborate with account managers and client stakeholders to grasp role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring timelines.

• Execute the entire recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting shortlists.

• Identify both active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent communities.

• Perform initial screenings and behavioral interviews to evaluate skills, communication, cultural fit, and client-specific needs.

• Organize technical and client interviews while collecting feedback.

• Oversee candidate pipelines and ensure accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from the first point of contact through the interview process.

• Monitor and report on time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.

• Manage high-volume and specialized hiring across multiple client accounts concurrently.

• Suggest enhancements to sourcing channels, screening techniques, and hiring processes.

• Assist global clients in establishing dedicated offshore teams for Mortgage, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and other specialized functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience.

• Ideally, experience in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or an agency environment.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles.

• Exceptional interviewing and assessment capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including professional interaction with international clients.

• Practical experience with an ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Willingness to work in the US Timezone.

• Comfortable utilizing a Time Tracking Application.
