📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process from initial intake call to finalized offer.

• Proactively source and identify candidates for private household/lifestyle positions, finance, and legal consultancy roles, rather than solely depending on incoming applications.

• Handle candidate communications with sensitivity, considering the confidential nature of a family office setting.

• Evaluate, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.

• Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to establish role descriptions and interview protocols.

• Monitor the progress of the recruitment pipeline and identify potential risks or obstacles early on.

• Negotiate job offers and oversee the closing process with candidates.

• Ensure that candidate and job-related data remains accurate and current.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a full-cycle capacity.

• Proficiency in both English and Russian, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with family offices, concierge services, or the travel/hospitality sector is advantageous.

• Ability to independently source and map candidates effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team.
