Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Provide pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements.

• Deliver high-quality candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to work Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern time hours.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
