Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define the specifications for open positions.

• Supply pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present robust candidate slates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates on progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client and offer consultative expertise in talent acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Knowledge of niche sectors/industries.
