Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process for experienced hires.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand their talent requirements.

• Source and recognize qualified candidates, both active and passive.

• Evaluate and screen candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.

• Organize and engage in interviews and debriefing sessions.

• Ensure ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep the applicant tracking system updated and verify the accuracy of job postings.

• Manage the offer process, including the preparation and extension of offers.

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain connections with candidates.

• Work in conjunction with operations teams to facilitate smooth candidate communication and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition in a professional services firm is required.

• Preferred experience in full life cycle recruiting, particularly in professional services or agency recruitment.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) is preferred.

• Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and lead change in a matrix environment.

• Strong capacity to attract and retain talent, along with demonstrated relationship-building skills and leadership qualities to foster collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix setting.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
