Senior Quality Manager – R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Provide quality oversight for intricate R&D projects and international quality initiatives.

• Serve as the primary QA partner for interdisciplinary stakeholders and project teams.

• Review, authorize, and release GMP-related documentation and quality deliverables.

• Lead quality activities such as risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training initiatives.

• Assist in validation, qualification, and ongoing improvement projects.

• Offer expert advice on cGMP compliance and quality standards.

• Participate in audits, inspections, and due diligence activities.

• Foster operational excellence and cultivate a robust quality culture throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with more than 3 years of experience in Pharma Quality, QA, Development, or Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes.

• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.

• Solid scientific, technical, and compliance expertise within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proficient in English.

• Preferred: Experience with validation, analytical development, health authority inspections, and global project settings.
