Senior Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance for intricate R&D projects and international quality initiatives.

• Serve as the primary QA partner for interdisciplinary stakeholders and project teams.

• Evaluate, authorize, and distribute GMP-relevant documentation and quality outputs.

• Lead quality initiatives encompassing risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training programs.

• Assist in validation, qualification, and ongoing improvement projects.

• Offer expert advice on cGMP compliance and quality benchmarks.

• Participate in audits, inspections, and due diligence efforts.

• Foster a culture of operational excellence and a robust quality mindset throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with over 5 years or a Master's degree with more than 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality, QA, Development, or Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory expectations.

• Proven experience in quality risk management, handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes.

• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong scientific, technical, and compliance expertise within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proficient in English.

• Preferred: Experience in validation, analytical development, health authority inspections, and global project settings.
