
Senior Quality Assurance Associate – Supplier Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out daily quality assurance tasks to ensure compliance with dietary supplement QA GMP standards.
• Record and analyze supplier-related Nonconformances (NCRs), perform trend analysis and root cause assessments, coordinate CAPAs, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of quality actions.
• Maintain supplier qualification records and documentation within the Veeva QMS Supplier Management module.
• Assist in supplier onboarding, qualification, periodic evaluations, and requalification processes.
• Create quarterly supplier scorecards and monitor supplier quality metrics and performance trends.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to supplier quality and compliance.
• Schedule and oversee supplier audits.
• Document audit findings in Veeva QMS, issue SCARs, track corrective actions, verify their effectiveness, and ensure closure.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Formulation, Product Development, and Operations teams.
• Update documentation in Veeva QualityOne.
• Assist with the Change Control program.
• Analyze data and generate monthly and quarterly KPI reports.
• Partner with internal and external organizations to meet QA deadlines and guarantee comprehensive quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support additional quality-related projects and tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, biology, chemistry, medical sciences, pharmacology, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience sufficient for the role.
• Over 3 years of direct experience in US dietary supplement/food quality.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and applicable laws, alongside cGMP standards.
• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis tools for NCR investigations and assessing CAPA effectiveness.
• Practical experience in executing QA GMP compliance for a diverse portfolio of dietary supplements or similar products.
• Applied technical knowledge to uphold GMP standards throughout the product life cycle.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects both collaboratively and independently in an agile setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Preferred: 1–3+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
