Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement both manual and automated tests to verify functionality within Dynamics 365 CRM and web applications.

• Design and sustain automation scripts utilizing Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).

• Conduct REST API testing with Postman and Swagger.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance by validating data in Dataverse.

• Perform cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) as well as responsive testing for desktop and mobile platforms.

• Assess performance and page load times.

• Clearly document, track, and report defects with precision.

• Work collaboratively with development teams and stakeholders to evaluate requirements.

• Engage in sprints and Agile processes, ensuring effective communication with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance/testing, comprising both manual and automated testing.

• High-level expertise in Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Familiarity with Business Process Flows, Workflows, Plug-ins, and security protocols.

• Experience in testing REST APIs using Postman and Swagger.

• Background in data migration, performance, regression, responsive, and cross-browser testing.

• Understanding of defect tracking, quality reporting, and requirements analysis.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, effective communication, and teamwork principles.
