This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze the complete customer journey, from the purchase to the receipt of the book or eBook.

• Review the content of both books and eBooks.

• Collect authentic customer feedback and provide insights to Aquana Publishing.
