📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing of the Nutrafol website to identify functional, visual, copy, and usability issues within a modified Agile framework that readily accommodates creative changes.

• Identify, document, and monitor bugs and other defects in Jira, collaborating closely with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to resolve issues effectively.

• Rapidly comprehend testing assignments and execute testing tasks promptly.

• Evaluate the eCommerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices, as well as across various browsers.

• Report directly to the SVP, QA and Technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing for websites and mobile applications in an eCommerce setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities (both verbal and written).

• Proficient in JIRA and other QA/development tools.

• Solid understanding of Agile workflows and development methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, product managers, and testers.

• A strong passion for enhancing the customer experience and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Familiarity with regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping.

• Recent hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to develop test scripts, troubleshoot issues, analyze outcomes, or enhance overall testing efficiency.
