Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and confirm requirements and technical specifications; collaborate early with product managers and developers to establish acceptance criteria and ensure testability.

• Create and implement test cases that encompass functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing for web and mobile (Android/iOS) applications.

• Develop both manual and automated tests; collaborate with the Test Automation team to construct and sustain automated test suites.

• Record, monitor, and conduct root cause analysis on defects until full resolution is achieved.

• Document test outcomes and offer insights on product quality and opportunities for process enhancements.

• Set up and track QA KPIs; assist in refining testing processes and reporting.

• Oversee testing initiatives across various projects while adhering to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Guide and support fellow QA Engineers.

• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance test coverage, expedite defect analysis, and bolster overall testing efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in quality assurance.

• Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC.

• Familiarity with Agile software development approaches.

• Proficient in writing test cases using BDD/Gherkin syntax.

• Practical experience with at least one test management tool (e.g., Jira/Xray, TestRail, Zephyr).

• Must be available to work during EST hours.
