Quality Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee SiTime’s Quality management system utilized in the design and production of MEMS-based timing products.

• Act as the main point of contact for environmental quality matters, collaborating with suppliers and vendors.

• Address environmental and customer surveys with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• Maintain environmental documentation, including REACH, RoHS, IMDS, CAMDS, IPC1752, and custom formats.

• Monitor and update supplier material declaration documents.

• Conduct supplier audits and oversee supplier processes to initiate continuous improvements.

• Generate and uphold material composition reports within the document control system.

• Execute audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant customer-specific requirements.

• Facilitate the disposition of non-conforming materials.

• Manage change control board activities, document changes, communicate them to Engineering/Manufacturing, and issue customer notifications.

• Assist in reviewing and effectively resolving corrective actions and continuous improvements.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding SiTime products and the quality management system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Environmental Safety, or Chemical disciplines.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience within the Semiconductor industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to support overtime as necessary.

• Proficient in English.
