Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing automated API integration tests, verifying endpoint structures and the correctness of integrations with external partners.

• Creating and maintaining end-to-end (E2E) tests for web applications and mobile modules within the main Allegro application.

• Crafting test scenarios that encompass complex end-to-end integrations and mocking dependencies from external systems.

• Preparing testing processes that ensure the stability and continuity of critical conversion and payment pathways, including the checkout process.

• Contributing to a new platform for planning and launching advertising campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in API test automation, for example, using REST Assured or Postman.

• Familiarity with contract testing, for instance, utilizing the Pact framework.

• Practical knowledge of modern UI test automation tools for web applications, such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, and/or mobile environments like Appium.

• Excellent knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language used for test creation.

• Preferred: Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Ability to design complex end-to-end test scenarios involving integrations with external systems.

• Conversational English (minimum B2).

• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Knowledge of performance and load testing is a plus.

• Basic understanding of security testing and API scanning is a plus.
