Senior QA Automation Developer – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and manage an automation framework for both functional and performance testing.

• Develop agents to streamline existing QA/testing processes and eliminate engineering obstacles.

• Construct the applications and services that the automation relies on, deploy them, and maintain them in production settings.

• Advance prototypes by creating demos, collecting feedback from user teams, and refining solutions until they are robust, monitored, and operating with high quality.

• Recognize deficiencies in current frameworks and tools, and work on solutions to address them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in building production software, with a strong background in test infrastructure, test frameworks, and developer tools, as well as familiarity with platform engineering.

• Demonstrated expertise in creating autonomous solutions and test automation frameworks from inception to implementation, including design, delivery, iteration, and user adoption.

• Proficiency with autonomous coding tools, including coordinating multiple agents and evaluating agent-generated pull requests.

• Practical experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and overseeing deployment lifecycles.

• Capability to independently transform an ambiguous problem statement into a well-defined, actionable solution.

• Proficiency in English is a requirement for all roles.
