This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Analyze processes and requirements with users, identifying business rules, data, exceptions, dependencies, and technical specifications.

• Develop automations, applications, and integrations utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Azure services.

• Design and implement integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, connectors, and event-driven mechanisms, considering security, error handling, traceability, and reliability.

• Connect solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.

• Develop AI agents and solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Copilot Studio.

• Implement RAG solutions and intelligent search capabilities, including information processing, embeddings, semantic or hybrid search, grounding, and source citation.

• Conduct technical and functional testing, assessing quality, security, accuracy, performance, costs, and latency.

• Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for version control, code review, pipelines, and development traceability.

• Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, configurations, deployment procedures, and operational documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Software Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Knowledge in business automation, cloud solution development, system integration, and applied artificial intelligence.

• Practical proficiency in Power Automate or Logic Apps and familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, C#/.NET, or TypeScript.

• Understanding of APIs, SQL Server, Git, and secure development principles.

• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Azure, development, or artificial intelligence are desirable.

• Technical English at B2 level is preferred for documentation and collaboration with teams or vendors.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, automation, system integration, or related areas.

• Experience in building enterprise solutions and transitioning them from development environments to testing, production, and support.

• Hands-on experience with Azure services, Power Platform, APIs, and application integration.

• Experience in implementing or developing AI-based solutions, agents, copilots, or RAG architectures will be highly valued.

• Availability to assist with deployments, critical incidents, or pre-scheduled implementation windows.
