This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Design, construct, and sustain integrations among Fullbay's business applications, which include Rillet, Salesforce, Masset, Slack, and Snowflake.
• Develop and manage data pipelines that supply the Snowflake data warehouse for organizational reporting and AI agent utilization.
• Recognize manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and create automations in collaboration with the involved business owners.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for integration jobs; address failures proactively to prevent business impact.
• Oversee API credentials and authentication; monitor vendor API modifications and deprecations; liaise with vendors on integration challenges.
• Consider both legacy and current product platforms during the migration phase.
• Document integration architecture, data flows, credential ownership, and operational runbooks.
• Work closely with Finance, RevOps, IT, and Security stakeholders to collect requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Implement least-privilege principles for service accounts and API keys; assist with security evaluations.
• Comply with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing integrations or automations between SaaS/business applications is required.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and contemporary authentication protocols (OAuth2, API keys) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language typically utilized for integration tasks is required.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse platform (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required; equivalent practical experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting is necessary.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, particularly in data modeling for a warehouse that serves both reporting and application/agent consumption, is strongly preferred.
• Experience in integrating financial/accounting systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce API and data model is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS services relevant to integration tasks (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge) is preferred.
• Exposure to iPaaS/automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, n8n) is preferred.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or other emerging patterns for AI agent access to business data and systems is preferred.
• Background in a small or scaling company is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and experience in technical documentation are essential.
• A security-conscious approach to the management of credentials, secrets, and API keys is required.
• Capability to sit at a desk, utilize a computer and telephone, lift/move up to 10 pounds, and fulfill the specified vision and communication requirements.
