This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions utilizing UiPath.
• Analyze business workflows to pinpoint automation possibilities and create Technical Design Documents.
• Construct reusable automation components and oversee UiPath robot configurations.
• Collect requirements from business stakeholders and enhance workflows.
• Test, debug, maintain, monitor, and support RPA solutions and their production deployments.
• Develop and deploy generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Ask Sage, or comparable services.
• Design and execute AI-driven solutions leveraging large language models.
• Create and optimize prompts, fine-tune models, and implement retrieval-augmented generation.
• Develop secure APIs, pipelines, and microservices for AI-enabled functionalities.
• Integrate AI features with business applications and RPA workflows.
• Adhere to Responsible AI principles and ensure compliance with DoD AI Ethical Principles, the DoD Responsible AI Toolkit, and RMF security controls.
• Assist in data readiness through cleansing, cataloging, labeling, and governance of AI training datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the integration of RPA and AI.
• Engage in architecture decisions and technology selection processes.
• Document technical specifications, deployment guides, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in RPA, AI, and cloud computing technologies.
• Ability to obtain an Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Over 5 years of experience in software development with proven AI/GenAI project involvement.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot).
• More than 1 year of experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other essential AWS services.
• Proven ability to implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and C#/.NET.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerization (Docker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred: UiPath certification, AWS AI/ML services, AWS certifications, machine learning frameworks, low-code/no-code platforms, DevOps and infrastructure-as-code, Agile/Scrum, business process analysis and optimization.
