Senior QA Analyst – Auth & Auth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement thorough testing strategies that encompass complete workflows, integrations, and event-driven systems.

• Ensure the precision and dependability of AI-generated conversations, call summaries, and data collection across diverse scenarios.

• Contribute to and uphold QA documentation, standards, and the organizational knowledge repository.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence requirements, design choices, and release readiness.

• Promote continuous enhancement by identifying shortcomings in processes, tools, and testing coverage.

• Investigate technical issues and create clear, detailed, and reproducible defect reports.

• Perform exploratory testing to assess the robustness and functionality of products.

• Collaborate with QA engineers to enhance automation coverage of features based on business priorities and risk assessments.

• Mentor members of the QA team.

• Lead quality initiatives across AI-driven workflows.

• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and organization in all work aspects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, including ownership of complex feature areas.

• Proven experience in developing and executing testing strategies for complete workflows.

• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, conversational interfaces, or data-driven automation is preferred.

• Experience in validating AI or ML-assisted features, including non-deterministic outputs and regression risks.

• Advanced proficiency in manual testing methodologies and test case design for intricate systems.

• Extensive experience in testing APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

• Experience in testing event-driven architectures and downstream data delivery.

• Knowledge of compliance-driven workflows, audit trails, and data traceability.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including precise defect documentation.

• Capability to influence development teams and advocate effectively for quality initiatives.

• Ability to swiftly learn new products, technologies, and business domains.
