Senior QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage daily quality assessments for design and code components

• Evaluate pages, patterns, and features to ensure compliance with design system guidelines and component tokens

• Inspect migrated components and templates for functional equivalence, integration fidelity, and responsive behavior

• Test Contentstack content modeling, authoring workflows, API delivery, and frontend rendering

• Implement agentic AI-driven testing workflows and automated evaluation tools

• Create test plans, develop test cases, construct functional test scripts, and maintain bug documentation

• Collaborate with Frontend Engineers, UI Designers, and Product Managers on designs, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and defect verification

• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives

• Oversee bug triage, prioritize issues, and supply logs and reproduction steps to expedite fixes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Quality Engineer testing contemporary, complex web applications and digital platforms in Agile settings

• Solid hands-on knowledge of frontend technologies, modern web architectures, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Experience in validating UI/UX against design systems, component libraries like Storybook, and design tokens

• Understanding of pixel alignment, accessibility standards, responsive behavior, and WCAG compliance

• Practical experience with headless CMS ecosystems, particularly Contentstack

• Familiarity with content publishing, schema modeling, API delivery, and dynamic page assemblies

• Knowledge of agentic workflows, autonomous testing agents, or AI-assisted developer/QA tools

• Background in a client-facing agency or consulting role managing multi-track, enterprise-level client projects

• Proficiency in functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive design, and end-to-end integration testing

• Skilled in Agile and test management tools, especially Jira, Confluence, and test case repository solutions

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required

• If the chosen candidate possesses a degree in Engineering or a related field, they must provide their professional license
