Senior QA Analyst – AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and processes

• Act as a technical QA resource for Development, Product, and UX/UI teams

• Design and implement functional, regression, exploratory, API, performance, and security tests

• Build and sustain test automation for UI, APIs, and integrations

• Embed automation within CI/CD pipelines

• Detect, assess, and monitor defects and their root causes

• Track quality metrics and suggest ongoing improvements

• Engage in Agile ceremonies

• Utilize AI for generating test cases, analyzing logs, identifying anomalies, scripting, and predicting failures

• Assess and adopt AI-driven testing tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior QA professional

• Practical, demonstrable experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence in QA/testing

• Expertise in test automation

• Familiarity with tools such as Telerik Test Studio, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar

• Proficient in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, Newman, or comparable tools

• Knowledgeable in performance testing tools like JMeter, k6, or Locust

• Understanding of security testing concepts, including OWASP, SAST, DAST, and/or fuzzing

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies

• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes

• Capable of analyzing logs, data, and quality metrics

• Over 5 years of QA experience, with a strong emphasis on automation and demonstrated application of AI in testing

• ISTQB, CTFL, or Agile Tester certification is advantageous

• Knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or other programming languages is a plus
