Freelance Farsi Linguistic Tester – Software and AI Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Afghanistan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate localized and AI-generated Farsi content for precision, fluency, cultural appropriateness, consistency, and usability.

• Assess Farsi software interfaces, identifying linguistic, layout, formatting, truncation, and functional challenges.

• Clearly document and report linguistic and technical issues in English, following project-specific tools and guidelines.

• Adhere to testing scenarios, terminology, style guides, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with Acclaro’s Project Management and linguistic quality teams.

• Complete assigned tasks within the agreed-upon deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in written and spoken Farsi.

• Professional working knowledge of English, including the ability to comprehend instructions and produce clear bug reports.

• Consistent access throughout the project to a Mac computer equipped with a compatible Apple Silicon M-series processor.

• Strong grasp of modern Farsi usage, cultural context, idiomatic expressions, and linguistic norms relevant to the project.

• Comfort with navigating new software, adhering to detailed instructions, and learning testing workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to consistently identify linguistic, formatting, and user-interface issues.

• Reliable high-speed internet access and an appropriate environment for remote independent work.

• Availability for mandatory systems onboarding and project-specific training.

• Prior experience in linguistic testing, localization, translation, software testing, or quality assurance is advantageous but not mandatory.
