Contract Finance BA/QA – Dynamics 365 F&O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Gather, validate, and document comprehensive finance business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

• Develop, implement, and oversee detailed test plans, test cases, and end-to-end scenarios within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Facilitate and guide finance stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Record defects, oversee triage processes, and ensure UAT approval is obtained.

• Serve as the main point of contact between finance teams and technical delivery groups.

• Clarify requirements and address functional inquiries.

• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams across finance transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Finance Business Analyst or Quality Assurance specialist in extensive Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.

• Thorough functional understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Intercompany accounting, and Month-End Close processes.

• Significant expertise in developing test strategies and executing test scripts.

• Experience in managing defect tracking platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Outstanding communication skills and adept in managing business stakeholders.
