Senior Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with the CTO and the founding engineer.

• Create maintainable backends using Python/FastAPI for API integration.

• Utilize AWS cloud services to implement a sophisticated workflow engine.

• Develop the backend for a large language model application hosted on AWS cloud.

• Partner with front-end engineers and the product manager to efficiently deliver essential backend functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Python programming.

• Familiarity with REST service frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.

• Strong understanding of ORM, data modeling, and management tools including SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and Pydantic.

• Previous experience with AWS Lambda and Step Functions for workflow engine management.

• Experience with managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks like CDK or Terraform is advantageous.

• Solid background in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and extensive experience in TDD product development utilizing frameworks like pytest.

• Self-driven and responsible, with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English.
