Senior Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Tech Leader in the technical architecture of the MCP solution.

• Facilitate the integration of the solution with corporate systems and services.

• Aid in the implementation of the solution in alignment with the bank’s context.

• Contribute to the development of services utilizing Python.

• Engage in REST/HTTP API integrations with MCP servers and tools.

• Assist in the implementation related to authentication, authorization, and session management for business clients.

• Help manage and restrict data access.

• Take part in code reviews and testing activities.

• Support Continuous Integration (CI) and observability processes.

• Collaborate with AI-assisted engineering, performing human validation of generated solutions.

• Reuse existing components while complying with the standards set by the bank.

• Assist in prioritizing a short-term Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

• Aid in the negotiation of technical dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of Python service architecture.

• Proficiency in Python for backend service development.

• Familiarity with REST/HTTP API integration.

• Understanding of MCP, MCP servers, and tools.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and session management.

• Insight into data access control for authenticated users.

• Awareness of code reviews and testing processes.

• Understanding of CI and observability practices.

• Knowledge of or experience with AI-assisted engineering, including human validation.

• Capability to work with existing components while following corporate standards.

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — a plus.

• Prior experience with corporate integrations — a plus.

• Experience in banking environments — a plus.

• Experience in developing solutions using AI assistance — a plus.

• Understanding of service architectures and corporate integrations — a plus.
