Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges.

• Adhere to the policies and procedures set forth by C6.

• Create unit, functional, and performance tests in alignment with Quality standards.

• Address production issues during incidents that affect customers.

• Implement instrumentation in applications to gather performance data, operational logs, and metrics.

• Collaborate with a comprehensive digital bank that provides offerings such as free accounts, customized credit cards, and both fixed- and variable-income investment options.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Kotlin.

• Experience with the Docker containerization platform.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Familiarity with Apigee and Node.js platforms for server-side management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong team spirit and adept conflict-resolution abilities.

• Capability to thrive in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Innovative and proactive mindset to conceptualize various application usage scenarios.

• Experience with Java is a plus.

• Familiarity with the Spring Boot framework is advantageous.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture is beneficial.

• Understanding of software development best practices—TDD, DDD, and Clean Code is a plus.

• Familiarity with agile framework best practices: Scrum and Kanban is an advantage.

• Experience in provisioning virtual servers using AWS EC2 is a plus.

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is beneficial.

• Familiarity with the HTTP protocol is advantageous.

• Experience with Git Flow for source code management is a plus.
