Senior Back End Developer, Python/Golang, AI Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go and Python.

• Utilize microservices and event-driven architecture principles to facilitate high-performance distributed applications.

• Incorporate LLM capabilities into backend services.

• Implement RAG pipelines, tool calling, and AI orchestration patterns.

• Construct and integrate cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure.

• Develop distributed caching strategies utilizing Redis.

• Enhance service performance, scalability, and resource utilization.

• Create resilient backend architectures featuring fault tolerance, retries, timeouts, and effective error handling.

• Guarantee reliable communication and execution across distributed services and AI-driven workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and scaling high-performance backend services.

• Strong expertise in backend engineering.

• Practical experience with LLM integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and tool calling.

• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and Python.

• Required experience with SAP integration involving S/4HANA and ERP through OData, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and middleware.

• Azure integration experience with APIM, Service Bus, Event Hubs, PostgreSQL, SQL, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Key Vault, networking, and IaC.

• Necessary experience with Redis, distributed caching, cache-aside strategies, and invalidation.

• Familiarity with LLM integration, tool calling, RAG, and AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot).

• Understanding of microservices and event-driven systems.

• Knowledge of resiliency, retries, fault tolerance, timeouts, and error-handling strategies.

• Preferred: Experience with BTP, CPI, MDG, and Variant Configuration.
